Purposes
To manage agency expressions of interest, answer enquiries, provide launch information and, once the service is activated, manage “Find an agency” requests. Commercial opportunities are not sent during pre-launch.
Legal basis
The data subject’s consent, which may be withdrawn at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
Data processed
Identity and contact details, property requirement, property type, area, budget or indicative price, message, language, date, status and evidence of acceptance.
Retention
Data is retained while necessary to manage the request and for any period required to address responsibilities. It will be deleted when no longer necessary or when consent is withdrawn, unless a legal retention duty applies.
Recipients
During pre-launch, data is not disclosed to agencies. Once activated, “Find an agency” requests are initially shown anonymously and contact details are only shared with compatible agencies that confirm they can address the requirement. Necessary technology providers may process data subject to confidentiality and security safeguards.
Rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA).
Security
Technical and organisational measures are applied to restrict access, protect confidentiality and prevent loss or unauthorised use.
